Capital Garden Products needed a reliable, efficient and easy way of notifying their warehouse, located away from the main office, of new orders. This bespoke dispatch system achieves just that.
"Beryl" as the system has been named, makes it easy to upload their sales orders from Sage. The order information is then displayed cleanly on a digital signage board located in the warehouse. Once the order has been processed by the warehouse team, they mark the order as dispatched and the sales team get automatically notified.
